1. Terms Agreement
By purchasing and using AEO60 ("the Toolkit"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the toolkit.
2. Use License & Permissions
Upon purchase, AEO60 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the toolkit for:
- Integration into your own personal or commercial SaaS projects.
- Unlimited projects that you personally own or co-own.
- Modifying the code to fit your specific technical requirements.
Restrictions: You may NOT redistribute, resell, lease, license, or sublicense the toolkit code as a standalone product, or include it in any template/boilerplate meant for resale.
3. Payments & Fees
AEO60 is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.
4. Disclaimer
The toolkit is provided "as is." While we strive for the best results, AEO60 does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or AI citations. SEO and AEO are subject to external algorithms (Google, OpenAI, etc.) which change frequently.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, code, and documentation within AEO60 are the intellectual property of AEO60. Your purchase grants you a license to use them, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AEO60 be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the toolkit, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
